How It Works

Kick-off Meeting
Before we begin, it’s important we establish a baseline, so we are on the same page about communications, timelines, strategy, key players, and anything else that might be important. Once we’ve established the goals, the analytics, and the process, the retainer can officially begin.

Planning the Content
Depending on the type of content we are writing, we may need to meet again or multiple times. For a website copywriting project, we would meet regularly and interview multiple stakeholders. For a blog, we may only need that kickoff meeting.

Work and Revisions
Work is turned in within three weeks after assignment unless otherwise discussed by both parties. The client has 5 business days to review and provide redlined edits in Google docs. From there, we will provide the final version within 3 business days unless otherwise noted.
