Phase 1: Brand Research and Content Strategy Development
Audit: Perform a full audit of the client's existing online presence along with comprehensive competitive and hashtag research.
Interviews: Meet with key team members and the leadership team to gain a deeper understanding of how the company wishes to be portrayed.
Strategy: Create a comprehensive social media content strategy with a list of relevant topics, subtopics, and ideas. Include suggestions for social media profile enhancement, organic and paid growth opportunities, and leadership engagement.

Phase 2: Content Strategy Implementation
Presentation: Present the content strategy, obtain leadership's feedback, and hone the strategy accordingly.
Creation: Create an initial round of social media content.
Review: Send content to leadership for review and revisions.

Phase 3: Content Management
Continuation: After the initial social content is approved, the management phase begins. Working one month ahead, we create the content within 14 days of assignment unless otherwise specified.
Revisions: The client has five days to submit revisions. We then incorporate revisions within 72 hours and resubmit the draft. The second round of revisions follow the same schedule. Social media content has one round of revisions.
Post: Once the content is approved, the client is free to post unless they've contracted our team to handle posting.
