How It Works

Kick-off Meeting
Before we begin, it’s important we establish a baseline, so we are on the same page about communications, timelines, strategy, key players, and anything else that might be important. Once we’ve established the goals, the analytics, and the process, the retainer can officially begin.

Planning the Content
With a retainer, we are typically creating content for one month to two months ahead, unless otherwise stated. We meet twice a month to touch base on outstanding edits and work from the month prior, and we discuss what we want to accomplish the following month.

Work and Revisions
Work is turned in within three weeks after assignment unless otherwise discussed by both parties. The client has 5 business days to review and provide redlined edits in Google docs. From there, we will provide the final version within 3 business days unless otherwise noted.
